We took a 6 day 5 night Expedition Tour aboard M.V. Santa Cruz. We enjoyed every minute of our trip, the accommodations were comfortable, the staff attentive, professional and above all personable, and the food was varied and delicious. We have never been on a cruise so I cannot compare it to a cruise ship. The capacity of this boat is 90, but there were about 60 passengers on this trip. The itinerary was wonderful, we visited the Western most islands, we saw many of the wonders that this enchanting place has to offer. The guides knew so much about every aspect, there was never a question left unanswered. The guides were friendly and enthusiastic, each seemed to love their work, and willing to go the extra mile to insure the passengers would have an unforgettable experience. We enjoyed the trip so much, on the morning of our departure, we decided to extend our trip and stay aboard for the next segment of 5 days, 4 nights. The purser had already gone to the airport with all the luggage, but easily retrieved our bags, at least he made it look easy.

time is busy now. But I want say a great thanks to you. You did a very good job and took care about us on the trip. On every step of our trip we felt safe. I told my friends and collegues about it and recommended you as a superior person and travel agency. Our travel agency where we are customers for many years did never a better job.
On the boat everything was fine. The staff and guide were friendly and competent. The excursions were on time. We enjoyed the small group of young passengers. There is more privacy and flexibility. And important: time for a lot of shots - I took about 10000. The price for the trip and service was fair.
Landscape and animals were amazing. On San Cristobal we had a relaxed time with some excursions. Good hotel. Fine restaurant in the port with delicious sea food.
In summary it was one of our best journeys we ever made.

I was very pleased with Ecuadoroutes - Trip Galapagos. We saw a lot of different sites and visited many areas throughout the Galapagos. The hotel and service in Isabela island was fantastic! Everything was on time & reliable & very safe. The food was delicious at all the islands. Also, our schedule said we would experience horseback riding & I was a bit disappointed that it didn't happen due to the muddy tracks. I would have liked our guide to have explained more about the history of the area & places we visited & walked a bit slower but he was trying to make sure we stayed on schedule & saw everything we needed. I brought plenty of sea sickness medicine & it was very much needed for the rough seas. We had a great sea captain! I would recommend putting that on the packing list because everyone else forgot their medicine & it was hard to find on the islands. Thanks again for everything!
